Cleanliness of the living, dining-room and apartments. Friendly, welcoming staff, and extremely efficiently and thoughtfully run with great attention to detail. Wonderful lakeside environment with great opportunity for walking and exploring.

The room with great views. This hotel was set in a remote area close to excellent restaurant and centre of Merimbula. Furthermore, willing to pay for taxi's.

Its breakfast was above average and generous, we thoroughly enjoyed the location too.
Overall it was a wonderful stay for a weekend. The location was beautiful, is beautiful set on large private forested area, convenient to go everywhere. What's more, it was short walk to great beaches and bushwalking, a lake surrounded largely by trees and lovely gardens and attractive Marina 40 m away.

The resort is in a wonderful location, close to the attractive Marina and a lake surrounded by trees and lovely gardens. the staff was helpful and amiable. the room was beautifully presented and had a very good kitchen and lounge.

I enjoyed glorious views!
The hotel was located close to the shores and the Marina. The room was spotlessly clean, it had a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was MARVELLOUS on the outskirts of town and the staff here was welcoming and pleasant.

The outlook from bedroom & deck through the gum trees to the lake/inlet was stunning. The hosts were very welcoming & friendly. The room was well appointed and immaculately clean. A lovely getaway by the water in the Aussie bush.

The place had a great location, just a short walk from all the places we wanted to visit, helpful and attentive staff, and our cottage with amazing views was nicely set up.

Peace and tranquility provided. Opportunities for country walks with outstanding views.
Whilst the property is outstandingly maintained and clean it's decor is a little outdated. However, the service, quality of breakfast and the location totally outweighs anything negative about the decor.

The dinner at the restaurant was simple, but I got to try some tasty dishes. the bathroom had a nice design and the beds were super roomy. the location was beautiful, and I could park for free right here. 🌟.
